FRAMEWORK: To be built on reinforced concrete
WALLS AND PARTITION WALLS: They will be made of brick.
PLASTER /PLASTERWORK: Interior walls will be rendered with mortar.
FACADES: All the facades will have concrete and rendering finishes. The banisters will be made (out) of stained glass
FLOORING: Apartments:in private and public areas, porcelain floor tiles. Public areas: entrance hall and ballroom, imported marble tiling.
RENDERING: Bathroom and kitchen walls and ceilings will be covered with glazed ceramic tiles which tone in with the color of tiles and worktops.
COUNTERTOPS: Bathroom countertops will be made out of imported marble. Kitchen countertops will be made of granite.
TOILETS AND BATHROOM FIXTURES: Toilets and bathroom fixtures of stylish design and fine finishes.
METALWORK: Aluminumwindow and door frames painted with metallic finish. Sliding doors will connect the living room to the dining room. The windows in bedrooms have blinds. In the main bedrooms blinds can be opened and closed automatically.
WOODWORK: Doors have a fine wood finish. Stylish iron fittings specially designed according to the needs of each room.
PLUMBING: The plumbing will be made out of high quality material and they will have the adequate size for an appropriate working of the system. The building water supply will be appropriate as we have water tanks both in the attic and in the basement. The net will have pumping equipment that will be adequately monitored
Hot water in kitchens and bathrooms will be supplied by electric hot-water tanks to be bought by purchaser.
ELECTRIC SYSTEM: Electric installation will be made with materials according to safety regulations currently in force. The amount and placement of power points will be according to the decoration plans suggested by the company. In case of a power outage generators will be used for elevators and lighting on public areas.
IN-HOUSE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM: The building will havean in house communication system with telephone exchange.
TELEPHONE, INTERNET, CABLE TV, MOTION DETECTORS/ INFRARED SENSOR
The apartments will have the appropriate systems ready for the proprietors to hire these services.
AIR-CONDITIONING: Eachapartment will have central air- conditioning system, and a special room to install the cooling tower. All the public areas of the building will be air-conditioned as well.
HEAT: The apartments will have electric radiant heating system. The electric system is designed so that the heating system and the air-conditioning are separated into two autonomous systems.
ELEVATORS: The building will have public and service elevators strategically placed on the different landings. The elevators will have fine finishes and enough space to meet the needs of the residents.
KITCHEN UNITS AND BUILT-IN CLOSETS: The apartments will have modern kitchen fittings and built-in closets made out of imported material as shown in the plans.
PAINT: Faces and ceilings will be plastered and painted to bring out the fine finishes of the building.
ENTRANCE HALL: It will have a stylish layout and design created by a professional.
GARDENING: A landscape gardener will create attractive gardens s that will match the sophisticated design of the building. The gardens will have an irrigation system.
